Sample Submission

All submitted samples should include company name, contact, phone number, email address, fax number, company address, sample identification, the analysis required and expected level, range or dosage of the product. For enzyme analysis and analytical testing expected levels are useful for determining the dilution factor required for analysis. If this is omitted it may delay results as a second run may be required.

Turnaround Time & Sample Storage

We make every effort to report results within 5-10 working days of receiving your sample. Results will be sent by email or fax and also mailed to your address. Next day service is available at twice the list price.

Sample Storage

Room temperature samples will be kept for a period of 30 days unless specifically requested to hold for longer.

Fridge samples will be kept for 7 days unless specifically requested to hold for longer.
